About Ina Grafton Gage Home
Ina Grafton Gage Home is a non-for-profit long-term care facility located at 40 Belle Estate Road in Scarborough. Construction began in 2006 and occupancy was obtained in 2009. The building provides accommodation for 128 residents, with four double rooms and 24 single rooms per floor across a Four-storey building.
The home is under the management of Michael Garron Hospital since August 8, 2025.

CARF Accreditation
Ina Grafton Gage Home has been issued CARF Accreditation based on its recent survey. The Three-Year Accreditation applies to the following program / service : Person – Centred Long Term Care Community. This accreditation is effective January 13, 2026 , and will extend through August 31, 2028.
